Bethel College Fund

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The Bethel College Fund (BC Fund) is Bethel’s annual fund for unrestricted giving and provides the widest-reaching support for campus life. When tuition alone does not fully cover the cost of delivering a high-quality Bethel education, the BC Fund, at $1.35 million annually, makes up ~9% of the annual budget.

WHY THE BETHEL COLLEGE FUND:

Unrestricted giving allows the college to respond to real-time needs across campus and invest where support is most immediately required. The BC Fund helps cover the cost of faculty and staff salaries, rising utilities and insurance—to name just a few of the essentials.

A COMPREHENSIVE INVESTMENT WILL:

• Support academic programs across all areas of study
• Fund faculty development and instructional excellence
• Strengthen instructional resources and classroom experiences
• Enhance student life services and campus programming
• Provide operational flexibility when tuition alone is not sufficient
• Allow donors to make a broad, campus-wide impact through a single gift

TIMELINE

The funding goal for FY2027 is $1.85 million, with the target increasing by 5% annually over the four years of the campaign.
